Worth writing about

• A figure that is wrong or out of date. An airline that changed its carry-on allowance, a vignette that went up in January, a toll tariff that no longer matches the operator’s own page. Send the page address and, if you can, a link to the source — that is what lets a correction be published the same week rather than investigated for one.
• A route, city or carrier that is missing. The pickers start from the routes each edition actually flies and drives; additions are cheap.
• A result that looks impossible. If a calculator returns something that cannot be right, the inputs you used are the most valuable part of the message.
• Using a calculator on your own site. Embedding is free and the embed credits back to the matching page in the reader’s own language.

What we cannot do

We do not sell tickets, book accommodation, handle refunds or intervene with an airline on a passenger’s behalf, and we cannot give legal advice about a compensation claim. For anything involving a specific booking, the carrier or the road operator is the only party that can act.

How corrections are handled

Every figure on the site carries a source and a date it was checked. A reported error is verified against that source before anything changes; if it is confirmed, the value and its check date are updated and the page says when it was last revised. Where a figure cannot be confirmed against two independent sources, it is marked as unconfirmed rather than quietly published.

Messages are read in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Dutch, Czech and Romanian — write in whichever you prefer. Expect a reply within a few working days.
